Yes, the very same wine that I matched with the ‘first ever bar one’ Gurkha I’ve ever tried. Embarrassing. So into the bin with that piece as well. I'd insert a joke about early onset here, but it is feeling a smidge too close to the bone at the moment. Anyway, I figure that I have been so slack of late, you deserve a big effort here.
